Saurav Suman is a data and analytics leader with over a decade of experience driving large-scale transformation across fintech and technology sectors. He is recognized for building impactful analytics frameworks that convert complex data into measurable business growth.

Saurav previously served as Head of Analytics for Customer Experience and Support at Paytm, India’s largest fintech, where he led analytics across more than one billion weekly transactions. His leadership delivered significant operational efficiencies, cost reductions, and customer experience improvements through automation and advanced data intelligence. Before Paytm, he was Head of Business Analytics at Yubi (formerly CredAvenue), where he built the analytics function for a $5B B2B credit platform. Earlier in his career, he co-founded Basilcare, a health-tech venture, and held strategic analytics roles at Capital One in the U.S.
